Venature looks for start up or emerging growth companies that either need seed or early stage capital to start or expand the business. Venature invests cash and/or management resources in exchange for equity in early stage companies.
(1) Early stage companies that need either (2) Seed or Series A Financing (3) primarily based in Southern California with a preference for (4) industries including technology and real estate which (5) may need support with the management of the business and (6) typically require less than 1M in capital.
Venature looks to invest between 50 - 500K, either by itself or with limited partners, through a combination of debt or equity financing.
